Aura Garrido Sanchez is a Spanish actor who has appeared in films such as Stockholm as well as on the television show El Ministerio del Tiempo. She's been in films as Stockholm as well as the TV show El Ministerio Del Tiempo. Garrido was born in Madrid in 1989. The father of her Tomas Garrido is a composer and orchestra conductor, and her mother, Pilar Sanchez, works as a painter. At the age of four, she took her first piano lessons and began to practice ballet. In her early years, her English was heavily influenced by a best friend of English. She was enrolled at the Madrid's Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico following her graduation in high school. The third year of her studies, she studied interpretive and textual aspects of the program. In 2010, however she resigned from the school since she was cast for the role of Planes para manana. The film was nominated for the Goya Award under the category of"best emerging" actress and also won the Silver Biznaga award for her performance in the film.
